Prasad/Bhog Policy
- Prasad offered to God must be freshly cooked (within a few hours of the puja) at the temple kitchen or at home.
- Prasad brought from home must be in a small glass or metal container with a name label to identify the container.
- Due to space restriction at the altar, large quantities of prasad cannot be offered to God but could be shared with devotees after the puja.
- If offering savory prasad, it must be made without onion, garlic and mushrooms.
- HSEW is not responsible for washing any containers or utensils brought from home.
- HSEW is not responsible for storage of any containers, with or without prasad, brought from home
- Any leftover prasad after distribution to devotees must be taken home.
- Any prasad containers left behind by devotees will be disposed off, at the discretion of HSEW.
